Job Summary
The finance officer based in MZR region will keep the books for the accounts receivables, account payables and control daily cash flow of the region. He is responsible to maintain financial records, fact check all financial data and report to home office within required time frame. The finance officer ensures accounts are current and accurate, and should be able to enter, generate reports and use finance accounting software of QuickBooks, and must have strong communication and soft skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Petty Cash Payments including reconciliation.
Control accounts Receivables related to MZR region.
Control accounts Payables related to MZR region.
Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing filing system with specific details from chart of accounts.
Analyze, verify, process and report all expenses transactions of the MZR region on daily basis and reconcile with home office.
Manage the filing, storage, archiving and security of documents meeting all Data Protection requirements and responsibilities.
Maintain general ledger for all expense accounts in separate excel sheet. Ex All Shops, offices rents, expenses and daily overall office expenses.
Maintain a subsidy accounts by verifying, allocating and posting daily transactions of Shops to better manage and report any discrepancies of SIM Cards, Credit cards and employee ledgers.
Cash Flow management; check for cash accuracy, count and provide valid receipt to customers.
Cash Flow Management; Pay expenses approved by head office and get required signature and supporting documents.
Process and report employee payrolls and salary advances based on Approval from Home office.
Manage and maintain good relationship with other regional employees, customers and stakeholders.
Responsible to manage Cash inflow, cash outflow and deposit in the banks on regular basis and communicate with home office for deposit plan.
Establish accounting procedures and standards and abide by the role of law and maintain normal norms and standards of living within office environment.
Reconcile the expenses with Shops on timely manner, and report to home office or related expenses officer.
Reconcile inventory stock of all SHOPS by timely visit and confirmation of stock availability.
Timely visit field offices, shops and Master green shops related to MZR Region and report trip summary and findings to head office.
Any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors or line manager.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Possess at least BBA with majoring in Finance or accounting, or a bachelor in economics with strong accounting and bookkeeping background with at least three years of experience in a highly tough and competitive work environment.

Avoid and report any fraudulent tasks, issues, transactions on time and urgently.
Having ability to work under pressure and extra hours required by office especially at the end of the month and closing periods.
Prior experience developing standards, analyzing information, dealing with complexity, reporting research results, data entry skills, general accounting standards and basic bookkeeping rules and regulations.
Working Conditions and physical factors:
The Finance officer should be able to work in a joint office, and walk through facility for office tasks, interact with respect with staffs, visitors, customers and government
