Job Summary
Setaragan Mutahed is hiring Shop Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operation in the Setaragan Shop and insure the Quality Sales and Sims Registration as per the MNOs and ATRA SIM registration procedure and polices.
Meeting or exceeding monthly aggregate sales goals.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs such Re-registration projects of Sims card.
Understanding and promoting company and Distributor programs in the mass market.
Ensuring the good customer care and demonstrating good communication skill in the Setaragan Shop and among Sales team.
Work with internal functional teams to establish effective processes and reporting tools to enable successful deliveries and cooperation.
Maintaining sales records, making database of purchase.
Pushing Sales Agents team to meet the target.
Ensure stock availability in each Setaragan Shop.
Coordination with MNO and with Setaragan Shop Sales Agent in the field.
Work with internal functional teams to establish effective processes and reporting tools to enable successful deliveries and cooperation.

Job Requirements
Knowledge of the Telecommunication Market.
Self-motivated.
Be able to travel to other provinces.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of market data analysis.
Good Dari, Pashto and English/ skills in writing, reading, and speaking.
Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
Be patient.

Educational Background:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA), Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 1 year experience in Sales.
