Job Summary
As the ICT Marketing & Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge solutions and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

o   Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

o   Analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Marketing Campaigns:

o   Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our ICT solutions.

o   Undertake digital marketing related activities of company products and services, create compelling content (blogs, social media posts, etc.).

o   Make regular visits to potential customers to present Smart City services and attract business deals.

o   Play an active role and represent Smart City during the exhibitions the company participates.

Sales and Business Development:

o   Identify potential clients and generate leads.

o   Present our solutions to clients and negotiate contracts.

o   Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Product Knowledge:

o   Stay up-to-date with our ICT products and services.

o   Articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.

Reporting and Metrics:

o   Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

o   Provide regular updates to management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration or any other related field.
Proven sufficient experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the field of ICT.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Ability speak Dari and Pashto fluently and have a good command in English.
Familiarity with Basic ICT skills and usage of Ms. Office Applications.
