Job Summary
RATCS is hiring IT Supports.

Duties & Responsibilities
The IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Follow standard help desk procedures and log all help desk interactions.
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and virus scans.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
Assist with network administration tasks such as managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff or vendors as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding IT security and usage.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect data and systems.
Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
Assist in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure successful project implementation.

Job Requirements
 A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
 Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
 Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role is preferred.
 Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and common software applications.
Required Languages: English Language in Fluent Oral and Verbal is Must, Pashto and Dari
