Job Summary
Purpose of the Internship:

The internship program aims to provide young professionals with hands-on experience in the private sector, enhancing their skills and preparing them for future career opportunities. Interns will gain insight into the operations of a private sector organization, develop their professional abilities, and contribute to meaningful projects. Preference is provided to digital skills.

 

Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Support:

Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects.

Conduct research and analysis on relevant topics.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation.

Administrative Tasks:

Provide administrative support to various departments.

Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and events.

Manage and update databases and records.

Communication:

Draft and edit communications materials, including social media and press releases.

Assist in maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Data Management:

Collect, compile, and analyze data as required.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management.

Learning and Development:

Participate in training sessions and workshops.

Engage in self-directed learning to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the organization’s operations.

Other Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university in multi field including digital, financial, telecommunications, education, trade, industrial, and agricultural

Strong academic record.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Fluency in [relevant languages, e.g., Dari, Pashto, and English].
