Job Summary

We seek a talented and creative Graphic & Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and animations that align with our brand and marketing goals. You will work closely with the CEO to develop content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other digital channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations for digital media.

Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content for campaigns.

Edit and refine motion graphics based on feedback.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and motion graphics projects.

Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.

Ability to create 2D animations and experience with 3D design is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with video editing and sound design.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Experience working in an agile or collaborative team environment.
