Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provincial Coordinator - Kandahar
Vacancy no: 001/KDN
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Provincial Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the provincial work planning, sustainability, and strategic decision-making processes across our projects. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of coordination and Team work modelling, project valuation, and CRUX regulations, ensuring our projects are both viable and compliant with best practices.
Project Management Support:
Develop work breakdown structures, ensure project schedule compliance, and facilitate the resolution of team conflicts.
Monitor and reconcile budget (s) including grants, maintains financial documentation, provides information, research, statistics, and analysis, and makes recommendations on expenditures towards a defined budget.
Support, supervise and provide necessary guidance to different components of projects like: community mobilization, contacting the Community Development Council (CDCs), agencies and selection of beneficiaries.
Field Work Management:
Coordinate and supervise field activities across different areas.
Ensure that field operations align with project objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to secure project support and foster collaborative networks.
Serves as principal source of information on established unit/project/program policies and advises colleagues, faculty, stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Capacity Building:
Assist in facilitating capacity building among project team (data collectors) members, focusing on project management, leadership, and technical skills essential for project success.
Support to Regional and Provincial Offices:
Assist in various activities, including data collection, data clean-up, and fieldwork supervision.
Reporting:
Develop regular reports and ensure project schedules meet quality standards, time-cost trade-offs, and deadlines.
Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the unit.
Identify and inform CRUX regional team leader about successes, challenges and lessons learned from the area.
Conduct weekly, monthly program & operations staff meetings and reports.
Provide collected data in the soft format, using Kobo Collect App, Google Forms.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Implement M&E plans to assess project impact and operational efficiency.
Collect and analyse data inform project reporting and decision making.
Policy and Procedure Development:
Work with senior management to develop project management policies, procedures, and standards.
May assist in interviewing, training, scheduling and distributing work to other staff members, beneficiaries, casuals and temporary workers.
May act as liaisons with related programs or projects of other Organizations or with government agencies, keeping the supervisor informed of relevant information.
2. Data Management and M&E Officer - Kabul

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Management and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join our team. Data Management and M&E Officer is responsible for assessing the quality of full spectrum of data management activities, including, data collection collecting, data compilation, data quality control, data cleanup and verification. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of coordination and teamwork modelling, and CRUX regulations, ensuring our activities are both viable and compliant with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in developing appropriate M&E tools for data collection for specific projects.
• Update, maintain project indicator tracking system to measure progress against milestones and plan.
• Collect success stories, testimonials, photos, feedbacks on CRUX activities to various clients.
• Plan and carry out regular and systematic monitoring visits to monitor activities on site.
• Oversee the process of ensuring data quality and integrity by periodically conducting field visits and spot checks to verify data and investigate any data anomalies.
• Ensures the filing of soft and hard copies of all M&E data collected from site is organized.
• Ensure quality control of data collected.
• Contribute to monitoring and project performance reports highlighting program activities.
• Attend training and meetings (usually virtual; and potentially in person where possible);
• Provide inputs for reports to senior management and clients.
• Perform any other related duties as required by supervisor.
3. Operation and Finance Officer - Kabul

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Operation and Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operations of the project site in close coordination with Project Manager and Admin & Finance Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations
• Supervises and manages the office IT related issues.
• Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
• Review and process reimbursements
• Regular creation of filing system
• Prepare and file organization tax documents
• Correct use of materials, tools and equipment related to the office
• Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
• Keep track records of POs and ensure timely payments are made to the vendors
• Review and submit payment request to finance for paying the vendors
• Assist procurement team (Enumerator/admin in provinces) in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Handles vendor accounts and tracks inventory of purchases
• Check the documents based on accuracy and compliance to the CRUX Policy and procedures.
• Conduct market surveys and collect quotations as per CRUX policy, procedures
• Share and coordinate operation and administrative works with Finance Specialist, prepare reports on carry out the responsibilities in given time.
• Perform any other task assigned by the management
4. Admin/Enumerator – Balkh & Bamyan
Vacancy No: 002/BAL 001/BAM
Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Enumerator / Admin Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Management:
• Conduct field visits to collect data through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and other methods as required.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data.
• Enter and manage data using databases or data management software.
Data Analysis Assistance:
• Support the analysis of collected data to identify trends, outcomes, and insights.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis.
Supervision of Community Mobilizers:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of community mobilizers to ensure effective data collection and community engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to community mobilizers, including training on data collection techniques and tools.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Coordinate logistics for field trips, including travel arrangements and materials preparation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Liaise with community leaders, stakeholders, and project partners to facilitate data collection efforts.

Job Requirements
1. Provincial Coordinator - Kandahar
Required Qualification:
Bachelor degree in administration, management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management or project leadership, with a strong background in project planning.
Proficiency in data collect, data analysis and field monitoring modelling, forecasting tools.
Experience in developing and implementing management training programs.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead capacity-building initiatives and manage complex projects.
Commitment to promoting gender equality and social inclusion in project execution.
Proficiency in English languages spoken and written.
Ability and willingness to travel for community engagement and project- related activities
2. Data Management and M&E Officer - Kabul
Required Qualification:
• Minimum a bachelor degree and preferably a master degree in project management, Data Management, Economics, Business Administration, Economic Development.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in M&E and Data Management.
• Expertise in utilizing advance analytical and data collection software such as Power BI, SPSS, KoBo.
• Strong experience in data management and conduct evaluation or assessment.
• Experience in reviewing, cleaning and compiling data from multiple sources.
• Experience in developing analytical and visually attractive reports.
• Good Coordination and Communication Skills.
• Good Delegation, Prioritization and Problem-Solving skills.
• Excellent follow up skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Great Knowledge of Literacy, Educational, capacity building Programs.
• Able to handle pressure and workload.
• Great understanding of government laws, procedure and bureaucracy.
3. Operation and Finance Officer - Kabul
Required Qualification
• Bachelor degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in finance and operations management
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Admin/Enumerator – Balkh & Bamyan
Required Qualifications:
• At least bachelor degree in administration, management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of community politics and traditional networks in the field.
• Previous NGOs experience, including an understanding of the neutral status of an international NGO or company.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management or project leadership, with a strong background in project planning.
• Experience in community and household assessments and surveys
• Experience in developing and implementing management training programs.
• Proficiency in computer applications and English Language.
• Ability and willingness to travel for community engagement and project- related activities
