Job Summary
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing manager to join our enterprise team. You will be working with your accounts, as well as in collaboration with large-account teams, on the promotion of services, social media, and ISP and ICT projects, as well as revenue and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities
Led, initiated and drive sales for the company products and solutions to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Cooperate with Internal Teams to carry out effective sales planning, marketing, and promotional sales to ensure alignment with the company strategies.
Manage the sales team to be professional and improve their capabilities by training them to deliver the right service and effective sales to customers.
Execute Sales Plans and organize customer care if required
Prepare reports for sales activities, and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Listen to customers, understanding their concerns, and outlining solutions to meet their needs.
Promote the benefits of new and improved products and services offered by the company to the customers
Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.

Job Requirements
A bachelor degree in BBA, communications, b, or a related field is required.
3 years of work experience in ISP / ICT or Telecommunication companies in sales & marketing departments.
