Job Summary

Department Mission

Being responsive, professional to all inquiries related to company services provided in the market for customers, maintaining quality of services being connected with customers all time to deliver best services and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Protect UA Telecom values by maintaining the confidentiality of information and data.
  • Educate yourself about the company's services, and products, as well as marketing and technical knowledge.
  • Answer customer calls and emails, and take action to resolve issues. If the issue is not resolved on the first attempt, escalate it to the relevant department and keep records.
  • Interact with customers in a polite, formal, and professional manner.
  • Act promptly on customer complaints or service-related issues, and report them to the line supervisor and management for quick resolution.
  • Adhere to the scheduled duty timings and ensure no outages occur within the support center.
  • Record all customer calls and emails received during duty and report them to the line supervisor and management.
  • Develop the Customer Life Cycle and generate leads from current resources and customers.
  • Update UCRM with accurate customer details on a daily basis.
  • Stay updated on customers' queries or requirements, including terminations, suspensions, discounts, receivables, and technical issues.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Offer ideas and insights to solve customers' issues and challenges.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure effective CRM usage for all aspects of the company and customers.

Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor degree in business or a related field;
  • Proficient in addressing customer inquiries and concerns;
  • In-depth understanding of the organization's products, services, and policies;
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters;
  • Responsive and quick to take action;
  • Proficient in multiple languages;
  • 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and technical fields;
